International shipping is available to more than 220 countries. However due to the nature of certain products, some items from our collection displayed are unavailable for international shipping at this time.

Products unavailable for international shipping generally include all: dairy products and eggs, baked goods, liquid based food products and beverages, plants and fresh flowers. These are all marked as unavailable for international shipping in their descriptions. If you do add an unavailable product to your cart, our system will display a message stating that shipping is entirely unavailable to your country. Please note that this is not entirely true, if you remove the unavailable product from your cart you will be able to proceed with checkout as usual. Please do not hesitate to contact us directly in case of any issues.

Most non-liquid based food products are available for international shipping. Please note that they will be vacuum sealed instead of jarred for reasonable shipping rates and in order to prevent any breakage and best preserve freshness in transit.

Our entire collection is available for local delivery in the greater Amman area for a flat 3JD delivery charge. Our team will contact you shortly after placing your order to confirm the delivery date and time. In general, same day or next day delivery will be available with some exceptions when ordering baked goods and other fresh products due to operational restrictions at this time.

Nationwide delivery is available through our shipping partners Aramex for a flat fee of 3JD per order. This includes delivery anywhere in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
